Due to the lack of enrollment the fall league has been cancelled.
Fridays game nights compete with Athletes in Action Basketball and all game nights compete with ice-hockey and soccer season. The Ag-Rec is booked fully and the time needs to be fully utilized. On the Spring Registration form the question was asked "would you join in the fall" and there were over 175 yes responses but little have registered to-date.
The Spring League will be on again for the 15th consecutive year and should fill up like always. Spring League will begin registration in late January and start playing games on April 11. Stay tuned to the website for registration dates.
For those who have registered already, we will be contacting you shortly to refund the payment. No cheques have been cashed yet.
Thank-you to all for your dedication and involvement to the league and we will see you this upcoming Spring!
Abby Roller Hockey League
LEAGUE INFO
The Ag-Rec Roller-Hockey League is a fun first oriented league. The League has been running now for over 15 years. We have volunteer coaches and paid referees. There are line changes every 2 minutes to ensure equal playing time for all players on the TEAM. The league keeps and posts stats and awards medals for first and second place finishes in the playoffs. There is an all-star game mid-way through the season to aknowledge the efforts of the hardworking players and goalies.

The League is for both boys & girls, from ages 7-16.

Beginners,intermediate and advanced players are all welcome. All players will be equally distributed based on their skill levels. We will try and even out the teams to the best of our knowledge and resources. Keep in mind that many players request to be with each other for car pooling reasons.

PLay with a Friend! This helps for car pooling reasons too. You can request to play with a friend. Just write down who it is on the registration form and as long as they are in the same age group we will do our best to make sure it works.

Required Equipment: Helmet with a full face mask or full visor,hockey or roller hockey gloves, knee,elbow & shin pads(soccer shin pad ok), roller-blades (goalies optional), and a plastic or wooden stick, & jock

All games are played in the Ag-Rec building at 32470 Haida Drive.(Fair grounds/Flee market)
Spring League runs April 2011 to June 2011
(typically 8 Thursday & 4 Friday evenings)

Cost: $135 Includes a jersey which you keep at the end of the season.

Refund Policy: Cancellation for a refund is accepted prior to the start of the league, however a 35% fee will be charged after Feb 15 due to Jersey order costs and rented time booked. After the first game, refunds will be given upon written request, accompanied by a medical certificate. In this instance, refunds will be pro-rated.
